Stretch Therapy Course

For those working in therapy, fitness and conditioning, this FHT accredited online CPD course is now also available as part of the certificate in Sports Performance Massage and not only investigates the research behind different types of stretching including, static, dynamic, assisted, MET (PNF) it demonstrates (via videos) assisted stretching routines. The course is accompanied by a number of videos demonstrating the various stretching techniques used on athletic individuals.

Lymphatic Drainage Massage for Sports Injuries

This FHT accredited one day in-person CPD course (plus online material with voice-over and videos) equips learners with both the theoretical understanding and the practical competence to apply lymphatic drainage massage techniques effectively in a sports therapy context. Learners will gain a solid foundation of the principles and physiological effects of lymphatic drainage massage, including its impact on the lymphatic and circulatory systems.
