Foam Rolling & Trigger Points CPD course

This FHT accredited bite sized course covers the science behind the use of foam rollers and trigger points. A number of Youtube video demonstrations are also included. This course is part of the certificate in Sports Performance Massage or can be taken as a individual unit (3 CPD credits)
